Jury still out on results of my treatment as it’s still early days and I have a few more sessions to go. I did want to say however that my therapist Sandra is an absolute star and extremely professional. She is a great advertisement for the clinic. I cannot rate her highly enough. Am hoping the results are as good as Sandra’s professionalism! Fingers crossed!
I initially came in for an appointment with Dr Vadim to discuss treatments. I was left waiting for over 30 minutes without an apology, and when he eventually showed up, he was distracted by his phone throughout the entire consultation. I later returned to discuss my concerns directly with Nyla, who was incredibly kind and professional. Following her advice and treatment plan recommendations, I had my treatments with Billie, who is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the BEST practitioners I have met. Not only does she perform treatments exceptionally well, but she also makes the entire experience comfortable and genuinely pleasant!
