Good value for money and easy to deal with. We needed a longer stairs due to the ceiling height and this was by far the best value we could find. The office staff responded quickly to emails and calls, it was easy to pay the invoice online and the guys arrived on time to install the stairs. The stairs is sturdy and easy to use.

From the moment I rang and spoke to Lynne to the end installation it was professionally delivered. Lads arrived on time, very knowledgeable and they over came some challenges in my attic. Great recommendations on how to resolve issue with pipes in the way and was able to complete the job to exceptional standards. Very Very clean and I had zero tidy up to do, wouldnt even know they were there. Job completed in half day as estimated. They might be slightly my expensive than some in the market but I paid for quality and I got top quality.
