I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good overall experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was friendly and efficient. The swimming pool could be a bit cleaner, but it was still usable. The buffet was simple, yet tasty and satisfying. One of the best parts was the natural water experience, which made the stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Also, there were no strict rules, so we could enjoy the whole night with music without any interruptions. Overall, a nice place to relax and have a fun time.
Very disappointing experience. There were only two of us dining in the restaurant, and at the time we visited, there were hardly any other customers. Despite this, the wait for our food was extremely long with little communication from the staff about the delay. After waiting far beyond a reasonable amount of time, we eventually decided to leave without eating because the food still had not been served. A delay can happen anywhere, but keeping customers informed and managing expectations is important. Unfortunately, neither the service nor the handling of the situation met basic standards. I hope the restaurant improves its service efficiency and customer communication in the future.
