7:54 PM: I originally had a very frustrating experience with this company regarding our refrigerator repair, but I am rewriting my review because the owner personally called me, took the matter seriously, and handled it in a way that I truly respect. The original issue was this: a technician came out on a Sunday for our refrigerator/freezer problem, cleaned the unit, and told us it should be working after a couple of hours. We paid $200 total — $70 for the service call and $130 for the service performed. Unfortunately, within hours, the refrigerator still was not working properly, and by the next day we were told there was a much bigger issue involving the compressor and that repair might not be practical. At that point, I felt the additional $130 should be refunded, because the service performed had not actually resolved the problem. I had tried previously to address that and was very unhappy because I did not feel the matter had been properly handled. However, I just got off the phone with the owner, and I was very impressed. He was deeply apologetic, explained that he has several technicians working for him and that he had not been fully aware of what had happened, and he took full responsibility for the situation. I told him I was only asking for what I felt was fair — the $130, since a service-call fee is reasonable — but he insisted on refunding the full $200. What stood out to me most was his attitude. He emphasized that fairness and honesty come first, and he absolutely backed that up with his actions. That kind of response matters. Anyone can have a service issue, but not every business owner responds with sincerity, accountability, and a willingness to make it right. Because of that, I am changing my review to 5 stars. I am very impressed by the owner’s response and by the fact that he took responsibility and resolved the matter fairly. In light of how he handled this, I would be willing to try his company one more time.

I had an excellent experience with Oleg Appliances. When my ice maker stopped producing ice, they promptly diagnosed the issue and determined that a part needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and returned to complete the repair, and everything has been working perfectly since then. Their pricing is reasonable, their customer service is outstanding, and I especially appreciated their availability even on Sundays. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Oleg Appliances for honest, reliable, and efficient appliance repair.

What a great company, I'm so glad I found them! Our refrigerator and washing machine went at the same time (of course), and I found Oleg's by its Google reviews- they were not wrong. They were on-time, polite, quick, and tidy. While it wasn't worth fixing the washing machine as it was quite old, they fixed the fridge quickly, at a fair price, and kept me involved in the process every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, nor to recommend them to anyone!
