I ordered a specific knee brace on their website and it said it would come in 3-4 days. 5 days later, I reached out to see where it was and was told the item was discontinued. Why put an item on your site if it’s been discontinued? Very disappointing as I was fully relying on this.
They took the order. Charged stupid money for shipping. Then only when I didn’t get a tracking number did the cancel the order. Medical supplies need accuracy. People could on their supply side to come.
This company is not someone I would deal with again. I have been trying to return a items that was incorrect. It has been over 45 days and they will not respond or assist in anyway.
