I am so impressed by the whole entire staff. They are kind, Compassionate, welcoming, hospitable, and very professional and competent. I was very worried about the procedure. But they gave me confidence and assurance not only verbally, but by the way, they take care of all the details and continuously asking if I’m doing OK and giving me details of what’s the next step to anticipate. Dr. Janulewicz’s nurse noticed that I was cold and brought me a blanket. An amazing gesture of care and kindness. My husband is a physician and I know the pressures the staff could be under, and the complexity of running medical office efficiently and compassionately is not easy or seamless. Dr. John Janulewicz, explained every thing clearly, and helped me to make informed decision about the next step of treatment with confidence. He is not only a good dentist, but the way he treated me was personable, kind and courteous. I could not ask for a better experience at this surgical dental office. Recovery was easy and without any complications. Thank you, thank you thank you

My son had his wisdom teeth removed and from the time we walked in to time we left, we had an amazing experience! Everyone is so friendly and so happy to help. My son even commented to me how awesome everyone was! He was very anxious about his surgery and they were amazing with him! We even got a call later that day to see how my son was doing. I did have a few questions and the nurse was so kind and knowledgeable. I will be recommending everyone I know that may need an oral surgeon in the future! Thank you for being amazing!

I really appreciate how Oral Surgeons do their work!! I was scheduled for a molar removal in a couple of weeks, but had to call to see if they could get me in earlier. Over the weekend my molar had a big chunk break off, falling into the sink while I was water flossing!😳 Oral Surgeons were able to get me in the day after I called!!! The entire staff was very upbeat and so helpful. I was a little nervous, but one of my sons had been there before and assured me it would be good. Dr Freml and his nurses/assistant were fantastic- friendly, super informative, explained the tooth removal process, offered info and pricing if I decide to go forward with an implant and what that process would be. For today’s tooth removal, Dr Freml had a novel way of doing the injections for the Novocain. His technique was VERY helpful to me, resulting in a SUCH a very minor discomfort for the shots I needed. Definitely doable!! The nurse or assistant was great at explaining what they would do and what I might experience as Dr Freml worked on my tooth- some vibration ( I never felt it- only heard it), perhaps some stronger pushing (likewise never felt it! ). I can’t say I look forward to getting teeth removed, but I would highly recommend Oral Surgeons for such! If I need an Oral Surgeon again for anything, I will go back here. They made it a much better procedure than I thought it would be!! Thank you Dr Freml and assistant for your excellent work, your care and making this so easy to do!!
