I had the pleasure of dealing with Gavin Dodge at the gnagara office / warehouse. Gavin assisted in locating and ordering the part required for our home gym. His expertise, customer service and patience should definitely be recognised. Thank you for your help Gavin, you're a legend.
Top quality equipment plus excellent after sales services. The technicians are very dedicated, skilled and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Albert is a genius in his trade👍👍. Overall, OFE has objectively earned these ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ + 👍👍👍👍👍
Rebecca was just so lovely and helpful. I was having issues with Paypal and becoming rather frustrated by it but she was very efficient and extremely patient. Her kindness definitely kept me there to continue on to complete my purchase. She remained in communication with me over a couple of days. I’m looking forward to my purchase arriving and I can highly recommend Rebecca! Thanks again!
