This girl today at the front 04/02 around 4:26pm REFUSED to ship my package out. When I got to the front she said “ YOU were not listening, I yelled to the line to go to the kiosk!” What if I didn’t want to go to the kiosk? I always had a smooth and great time with the staff for the past 6 years of shipping my items - I run a small business so I’ve been here a lot the past 6+ years shipping my items - But after today. No more. Just please get rid of of her and maybe I’ll consider going back. Never again. ZERO stars
