I called Randy in a desperate situation when my elderly dad blew a tire and was stranded alone on the side of the highway. It was incredibly stressful for both of us, especially because I wasn’t there physically to help him. Randy went above and beyond to make sure my dad was safe and taken care of. He got to him incredibly quickly, helped me figure out the best place to send him since everything was closed, and even helped us navigate the logistics of getting him a hotel for the night. He dropped my dad off at Kal Tire and then went the extra mile by taking him to his hotel afterward. That level of kindness and care meant so much to me during a really stressful situation. I am incredibly grateful to Randy for helping my dad when he needed it most. I honestly can’t recommend Pak Rat Towing enough. Randy is an absolute gem and clearly cares about the people he helps. Thank you so much, Randy! We appreciate you more than you know!
