Please shut 13 cabs down as it's the worst service in the world . Drives won't pick you up and short trip . They take like hours to get a taxi . Really crap

We have never actually used the services of this particular taxi company but after my wife booked them last night to take her to an interview this morning, we looked at the reviews and decided that she would be better off walking to the interview rather than taking a risk that the taxi might not turn up on time, so she cancelled the taxi for this morning. She had already lost one job because a taxi got her to work late, not worth the risk.

I have used Pakenham taxis on and off for over 14 years and I have lost count of how many times I have used them. I can only speak as I find. Cabs have always been clean. Generally on time, perhaps 5 or 10 minutes either way but usually on time. I don’t ever recall having a bad driver, in fact quite the contrary I find them reliable and courteous to other road users which creates a stress free trip. I have no hesitation in using this service or recommending it to others
