I had a very bad experience at this shop and I want to warn others. I brought my car in for a simple oil change that cost $165. Unfortunately, the mechanic forgot to install the oil filter. Because of this mistake, my engine seized and suffered serious damage. Instead of taking responsibility, the mechanic started telling me that the engine was already seized before I brought the car in, which is completely false. My car was running fine when I arrived. After the oil change, the engine failed due to the missing oil filter. I ended up spending around $5000 to rebuild the engine of my Mercedes C300 because of this negligence. What disappointed me the most was not just the mistake, but the lack of honesty and accountability afterward. Everyone can make mistakes, but lying to a customer and refusing to accept responsibility is unacceptable. He agree with me that this problem comes at our shop when we change the oil ,but its was not our fault , i never understand this statement given to me by the uncle , then he just ask me if you think it was our mistake go to court and justify yourself , is this the way to talk to a customer who is suffering because of your mistake? Please be careful before trusting this shop with your vehicle.
