The Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is both physically engaging and mentally rewarding, requiring presence, body awareness, and focus throughout the course. The teachers were supportive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was welcoming and inspiring. I had such a great experience at Pancha Koshas Aerial School. The training spaces are beautiful and really well equipped, you instantly feel comfortable and inspired to move and practice. I did a 5-class drop-in for Aerial Yoga and absolutely loved it. The trainers are incredibly passionate and dedicated. Jai and Shivansh were both amazing. I also had a private Aerial Sound Bath session with Shivansh, which was a truly special and unique experience. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for something deeper and more immersive. I discovered aerial yoga while doing my 300 TTC in Rishikesh. I attended a few drop-in classes with Malika and Rachel, and I instantly fell in love with it. Six months later, I returned to India specifically to complete the aerial yoga training (Level 1 and 2). The training is very complete, including methodology classes, anatomy, psychology, flexibility and conditioning, as well as self-practice. I was lucky to receive knowledge from all the teachers; each of them brings a different skill and energy, which complement one another perfectly. Beyond the learning itself, I had the wonderful opportunity to create a family with my fellow trainees, sharing experiences both inside and outside this space. Personally, I have found a home where I can truly be myself. A special thank you to Sagar, the director, who allows us to continue using the facilities to improve and refine the knowledge acquired after completing the course. Thanks as well to the social media team, who support this project by helping to preserve memories and give it visibility. A huge thank you to all our teachers: Shivansh, Rachel, Jai, Op Sir, and, of course, the crown jewel, Mr. Arjun Sharma. Discipline, motivation, professionalism, and companionship were key tools throughout this experience, which I recommend to everyone, whether you want to become a teacher or not.
