We really enjoyed working with The team to find the right location to build our house. Dave spends months while we drove through several subdivisions until we found the right fit. We needed a mobility safe home. I especially enjoy the no step entry. No basement , however the finished bonus space above the garage as well as the large attic provide ample space for us.
They say to wait before you review a business until you know if the product and service is ok. We have been in our house over 20 years. We love it. P&W did a great job. We were nit-picky, demanding, and on a tight budget. I still call my now friend, Dave at P&W, every few months to remind him we love it and how great our house is! If you are going to build or buy a new home in the central Illinois area, this is the place.
Bob was absolutely incredible to work with as we navigated a basement renovation. Not only was he detailed and communicative, Bob's input and insight into the building process was incredibly helpful and crucial in seeing potential hiccups in our layout design.
