From our first meeting to final signing, the staff at Parman and Easterday made my family feel like a priority. Carol took time to answer all of our questions in a down-to-earth way that made this complicated process easy to understand. Her questions were thorough as well, and we felt a warm, welcoming spirit during each meeting. Carol was especially understanding and explained the process so well to a member of our family with special needs. We now have a peace of mind that our will and trust will protect our assets, and are confident that the staff will be there for us in the future as we need questions answered. I also want to mention the little touches that made us feel like valued clients with every visit. David was very welcoming and a great communicator, and made sure each visit was comfortable, making sure we had coffee, snacks, and anything we needed. We recently set up a living trust using the services of Parman & Easterday. Overall it was a good experience. One nice feature was that my daughter was able to attend meetings using Zoom. At times I felt we were rushed through some steps. The attorney, Maris Moore, was very friendly and answered our questions, but spoke rather rapidly. Our situation was not complex, so much was likely routine for Maris but not for us. I had read about these trusts and heard some presentations including one from Larry Parman. I recommend reading Parman's Straight Shooter's Guide to Estate Planning before starting this process. We are currently working on the funding phase of the trust, so based on what has been accomplished thus far I would definitely recommend Parman & Easterday.

Carole and David made the last steps in completing the restatement of a previous trust so easy and understandable. They are a joy to work with; the upbeat and casual atmosphere they create makes all the legalese bearable. Yet they are still consummate professionals - making sure all provisions in the trust were correct and understood by Gary and me.
