Wow! Talk about a group of kind, caring, efficient and competent people! I was really dreading the process and before l knew it, I was relaxed and gosh they actually make it almost fun 😅. David, Maris and Carol are all so considerate and genuine. I never felt intimidated and felt comfortable asking questions and even calling back with questions. I feel extremely comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. They just make the process easy. The way they break the process down into steps and give you an outline, just makes it flow for the client. They're very good at explaining things in layman's terms. Also loved that they encourage you to keep your plan up to date by offering a free estate plan review meeting if you have major changes in health, assets or family situations and that they provided an organized binder of my estate plan for my successor trustees. And, successor trustee is encouraged to contact them immediately for a free meeting at death or disability. So nice that they are TRULY there for you and your heirs!

Carole and David made the last steps in completing the restatement of a previous trust so easy and understandable. They are a joy to work with; the upbeat and casual atmosphere they create makes all the legalese bearable. Yet they are still consummate professionals - making sure all provisions in the trust were correct and understood by Gary and me. We would both highly recommend Parman & Easterday if you are considering making a trust or doing an update.
