Paul Milne Roofing &PaintingPROVerified business?

We recently used Paul Milne Roofing and were extremely impressed with the quality of their work and the level of service provided. The workmanship was excellent, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. The team kept us informed every step of the way, were professional, reliable, and always happy to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend Paul Milne Roofing to anyone looking for quality roofing work and exceptional customer service. Thank you for a great job!

My experience with Paul Milne Roofing was extremely disappointing. Customer service was very poor, and the office staff were rude and unhelpful. The workmanship fell well below basic standards, including missing washers on screws and improperly completed flashings. The job also caused additional damage inside my home. Painting was carelessly done, with heavy overspray across my deck on three sides of the house and splatter all over my white guttering—even inside the gutters, which are now completey painted grey. Overall, the work was rushed, corners were clearly cut, and delays were met with excuses rather than solutions. I would not recommend them. I have now had to pay extra money to another company to remedy their work. Absolutely terrible

We had an outstanding experience with this roofing team from start to finish. Communication was seamless and they were incredibly responsive—it felt like they were available 24/7 via email and text to answer our questions. While the project took some time to complete, the quality of the final result was well worth the wait. The crew on-site was respectful, hardworking, and truly deserves a medal! If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality roofing company, I couldn't recommend them more highly.
