I'd been cutting my own hair for over 15 years because I was traumatized by hairdressers who treated my hair as if it were straight and never listened to me (never just cutting the ends). My experience with Meri was the complete opposite. She only trimmed the ends as I asked and gave me a hair treatment with high-quality products. It cured my trauma, haha. From now on, I'll be going there every three months for a trim.
