We recently bought an older house in Bedford, MA, which hadn't had much work performed on it for many years. We were in desperate need of plumbing advice and maintenance. Darren from Perricone came highly recommended by friends in Bedford who he'd done work for before, and we are so very happy we reached out to him! He performed a thorough review of our plumbing system, provided clear and detailed suggestions of work that he thought was required, and spent time discussing relative priorities. When we decided what work we needed, he scheduled his team to arrive within days. Their work was professional, considerate of our family, and of the highest quality. They worked hard to ensure we weren't inconvenienced - not easy to do with the amount of work that was required (replacement of many feet of degrading old cast iron main toilet waste pipe and vent, replacement of corroded shut-off valves and addition of easy to access main water shut-off, modified kitchen sink pipes (fixing a backing up dishwasher), addition of water pump and pipes for washing machine in basement, among other work). Darren took time to explain exactly what he was doing, how he was doing it, and answered every question we had, so now after the work is complete we not only have plumbing we can rely on, we also know more about our plumbing system than ever before. Next plumbing issue we have, Darren at Perricone will be our first call!

He also found plumbing issues that we didn't even know we had. He discussed the issues with us and we had him fix them. He always let us know how much it would cost to do the repairs. Darren did an absolutely outstanding job replacing an old cast-iron pipe bringing everything up to code in my 95 year-old mother‘s home in Woburn. It is rare to find someone who combines expertise, Honesty and exceptional, Customer Service the way he does. The quality of His workmanship was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, efficient and took great pride in doing the job right. Once the repair was completed, We did a walk-through and he explained everything and left the area very clean.
