Pest Control Crew of Newport NewsVAPROVerified business?

With all this coastal humidity we were getting cockroaches in the utility room here in Newport News and seeing rodent signs near the foundation. The technician looked over the vents and lower siding real careful before setting everything up. He pointed out some moisture spots that were making it worse. The signs all disappeared after a few weeks and we don't hear anything scratching at night anymore. The whole place feels tighter and less welcoming to the bugs from the water nearby. It's comforting knowing the home is holding up good against these local invaders

Saw their sign in a yard a couple streets over and figured why not, called for a quote and then called two other places to compare because thats just what I do, I am not the type to take the first number somebody throws at me. Theirs was not the cheapest, kind of in the middle leaning higher, but the cheapest guy gave me a real bad feeling on the phone, kept rushing me and would not actually answer what was included in the treatment, and the most expensive one was way more than made sense for what I had going on which was ants in the kitchen and what I was pretty sure were roaches in the garage. Went with the middle and tbh glad I did because the price ended up matching the work which you cant always say. Whoever picked up when I called actually listened, asked normal questions about where I was seeing the bugs and how long, gave me a window that fit my schedule and shot me a text the day before to confirm which I appreciate because I will absolutely forget. Tech got here when they said. Did the kitchen, the pantry, all around the garage and the foundation outside. Was here a good while and not rushing through it. After he left I poked around the spots I had been seeing the most activity, behind the stove, the corners of the garage where I kept finding them, looked good to me and a couple weeks in I have not seen a single ant or roach. Would I have liked to pay less, sure, but it was fair for what they did and Ill use them again when its time.

Mice are sealed out and gone for good - excellent crew in Newport News VA!
