I would like to sincerely thank Neha ma'am and the entire team for their support during one of the most difficult moments of my life. My beloved puppy was my family member and my child for 20 wonderful years. Losing her has been the biggest heartbreak of my life. I called Neha ma'am at around 7:30 PM on Saturday. Initially, she informed me that the vehicle for the last journey could be arranged the next morning. I explained that our family would bring our own car, and she agreed. Later, she called me back and thoughtfully advised that waiting until morning could affect my puppy's body. She recommended completing the cremation that same night, and her guidance really helped us. We reached Kengeri with our entire family and performed all the proper Hindu rituals. One of the staff members respectfully guided us through the wooden cremation process and also helped us with the pooja. Finally, I lit the funeral pyre with camphor, which meant a lot to me as I gave my beloved puppy a respectful farewell. Neha ma'am informed us that the ashes would be available on Monday. However, after my request, she kindly arranged to send the ashes through Porter on Sunday night, and their team even paid the delivery charges. I truly appreciate this kind gesture. On Monday, I took my puppy's ashes to Srirangapatna and completed the final rituals peacefully. The entire team was very supportive, respectful, and cooperative throughout the process. I am very thankful for their service and wholeheartedly give them 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you so much, Neha ma'am.
