Extremely poor communication, lack of follow-through, and a complete disregard for timelines. Would not recommend if you’re looking for reliability or professionalism. I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Andrew from Design Choice Hospitality in Liverpool. We initially visited their showroom in early January and were interested in a table design. My sister followed up via email requesting measurements and pricing, but we never received a response. After calling, Andrew assured us he would send the details through, which again didn’t happen. A month later, I followed up via message. He responded, but after I asked for a call the next day, there was no follow-up I had to chase him again myself. He eventually came out to our cafe and spent over an hour with us. Unfortunately, instead of focusing on what we actually needed (tables), he repeatedly tried to upsell additional design elements. Despite this, we agreed on a plan, and he promised to send through a design layout within 2 hours so we could get approval from centre management. It has now been over a month, and we still haven’t received anything. I followed up again with no response. I also called recently and was told he was in a meeting and would return my call—4 days later, still nothing.

great experience at Petra Equipment. Friendly staff, good range of equipment, really support customer requirement and helpful.

Be careful of these guys. We approach them to do some works in our shop and we have now been left with a epoxy flooring that is deteriorating and parts of the shop that has NOT been finished and has been no response back from petra. after months of chasing them, we find out that they have put the company we paid into liquidation and can not do anything. Petra are criminals to the hospitality industry.
