My girlfriend bought a 2020 Nissan rogue from here and what a great experience we had. JC took great care of us and didn't pressure us into anything. Start to finish I'd say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership of any kind. They had a great selection of vehicles and although we weren't looking to spend a tremendous amount of money, JC made sure we stayed within our budget range. I am writing this to alert potential buyers about an unaddressed issue with my Ram 1500 and the lack of support from Ram Cares and no fix from the dealership. The rear sliding window is leaking water into the cab, a known manufacturing defect where the frame cracks or seals fail, allowing water to pool behind the rear seats. Service bulletin TSB 23-098-23. Ram cares has denied coverage to repair the vehicle and the interior smells musty due to water intrusion. Ram cares will not replace the glass but when it's unrepairable you are left with a meaningless bulletin that basically states that RAM does not stand behind their products. Even with the vehicle being within the XL1 warranty window.
