I started going to physiosharks, Dr. Hadavi, during my pregnancy because of SI joint pain, and continued postpartum for lower back pain, pelvic discomfort, and core weakness. After just a few sessions, I already feel a big difference. My pain has improved, my core feels stronger, and overall my back feels much more supported. I truly feel like postpartum moms need specialized care, and Dr. Hadavi has been so knowledgeable, supportive, and understanding throughout the whole process. Dr. Dayan Havadi, Jason. And Cayla have been amazing. From the very first evaluation and throughout my recovery journey they are knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, patient and encouraging. Explaining and demonstrating correct form to ensure that exercises are done properly and correcting when needed. All listen and tailor exercises as needed to challenge the client to reach their recovery goals safely. They use state of the art equipment. Facilities are clean and organized. Special bonus: they have parking in the back. Highly recommend
