My experience with them was excellent. The price was incredibly cheap, less than half of what the next cheapest option cost. They worked very quickly, painting a small house and repairing imperfections on the walls and ceiling in just 3 days. Everything was covered quite well, although there were a few stains on frames and other areas, which were easy to remove. 100% recommended.
I hired them to remove the textured paint, paint, and lacquer several doors white. They did a good job with this, but a lot of things were done wrong: several light switches were incorrectly installed, one door was improperly fitted (we negotiated a settlement at the time and they didn't charge me for it), and months later I discovered that the radiators had also been installed incorrectly, they didn't work, and to top it off, they leaked water when I turned them on. I had to spend an extra €280 to have a plumber fix them.
They started well, properly masking and painting two rooms very well. On the third day (out of the five estimated for the job), they started rushing, we think because another job came up. The third room turned out okay, but they didn't mask properly, and everything was extremely stained: baseboards, floor, window frames, doors... a huge cleaning job. They also scratched the front of a drawer and the side of two nightstands. On the fourth day, they decided to finish at midday. The work done in that time was: painting the entire living room, the entrance, the kitchen ceiling, and the gallery ceiling and walls. Obviously, the result was terrible. The living room walls were splattered, they mixed up the colors, and on the kitchen ceiling, instead of white, they used a light gray from one of the rooms. I wasn't home and didn't know what their intentions were. They ransacked everything, piling up and mixing all the boxes that had been collected in that area (they had been moved there from other areas to give them space). They didn't even cover the baby's Bugaboo stroller. After relaying all the complaints to the person in charge, he justified and argued about everything. Not an apology, not a solution. In the end, I'm left with a splattered living room, a gray kitchen ceiling, three scratched cabinets, a huge cleaning job ahead of me, and the anger that he even tried to justify not covering the baby stroller.
