I had a really great experience with this clinic and would highly recommend them! I first came in to see Dr Michael for an extraction of a painful wisdom tooth, and he made the whole process much more comfortable than I expected. He explained everything clearly and was reassuring throughout. Since then, I’ve continued attending the clinic for regular check-ups with Angela and Katarina, who are both friendly and thorough. I’ve also had some dental work done with Dr Kim, who was very detail-oriented and took the time to make sure everything was done well. I’m currently doing Invisalign with Dr Michael as well, and the process has been smooth so far. The whole team is friendly and welcoming, and the clinic has a really nice environment that makes you feel at ease when you walk in. Overall, a very positive experience every time I visit :)
Dr. Cai is a dedicated and highly empathetic doctor who is very calm and explains each step of treatment well and without rushing you through. I feel in good hands and am looking forward to getting my extensive dental work done with him over the coming months.
