All their technicians are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and timely. We’ve called out these guys for commercial plumbing issues and for our home. Office staff are great too! My husband describes the office staff as the nicest people to talk to. We highly recommend Plumbing Doctor.
I recently had a couple plumbing issues I needed to deal with. After calling around and getting multiple quotes, feeling like I was being price gouged by a couple different plumbers, I called Marc with Plumbing Doctor. Not only did I feel his pricing was extremely fair, his communication was amazing, and all of his work exceeded my expectations. He noticed a few things that I needed to address, unrelated to the reason he was there, and brought them to my attention. If you want excellence in service And high-quality professional work then I highly recommend Marc with Plumbing Doctor.
We've been customers of The Plumbing Doctor for years and have always been totally pleased with everything they've done. Our tech's today, Trevor and Josh were on time, polite, professional and friendly. When the jobs were done, they cleaned up everything like they were never here. They listened and really cared about performing quality work. We had a list of replacements and repairs and they both did a stellar job. Even had a part they needed brought to them by the Supervisor, John. I always recommend the Plumbing Doctor to my friends.
