My porch on the waterfront at Big Lake was sinking about 8-10” at the worse corner. Trace from Polyseal came and figured out a solution using structural foam and new vertical 6x6” supports to re-level the entire porch at a very reasonable cost. Logan from Polyseal handled the scheduling and construction work, and both did an excellent job. I have a concrete slab that needs to be re-leveled in Anchorage and Trace came right out and provided a very reasonable estimate to fix that problem. I trust Polyseal and their team to do a great job at a reasonable cost.

Outstanding. Logan responded to my request immediately and provided a thorough, comprehensive and informative quote. Nick and crew were extremely professional and their attention to detail amazing. Highly recommend! 5 star from start to finish!
