He explained everything he was doing, talked me through the issues he encountered, and clearly outlined how they could be resolved. What really stood out was his commitment—he promptly returned the very next day to fix the issue, which I really appreciated. Had a problem with a blocked drain on Good Friday. Contacted PDS and they were brilliant. Samuel attended a few hours later and cleared the blockage in about 30 minutes. No additional charge for a bank holiday call out and really reasonable cost. Follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything. A all round brilliant service, would definitely recommend!
