A lot of the IT companies advertising in the Lower Mainland right now aren’t independent anymore. They’ve been bought up, merged, and folded into larger groups. Different name on the invoice every couple of years, different account manager every time you call. We haven’t done that. Every technician here is a direct employee, and every client gets a named account manager reachable however works best for them.
