I been seeing Dr Carter for over a year now and I been very happy with their service and their detailed dental work. And Rachel is also awesome! Definetly highly recommend them. I had my first appointment with Dr. Carter today and I must say, this was the best dental experience I have ever had. Top notch! When I walked in, I was greeted by Rachel and she called me by my name. The office environment was warm and inviting. Rachel then proceeded to take me back and do my x rays. She was very knowledgeable about them and explained what we were looking at. Then, Dr. Carter also explained them thoroughly, spoke with me about the health of my mouth and created an action plan to address my issues. If I could use 3 words to describe Dr. Carter and his staff it would be knowledgeable, humble, and transparent. The entire experience,from start to finish, was wonderful. There were no surprises when it came time to pay as they spoke with my insurance prior to my services and presented me with the options and costs associated with my care. Dr. Carter is THE DENTIST to go to, very easy to speak to and makes the environment feel comfortable and really seems to care about the people that step into his office! Rachel is a very great help as well, they made me feel very welcomed! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Ocala!
