We have been using Maid to Order for over ten years! We have had the exact same team (Blue Team) at our house every Tuesday. It is so comforting to have Maria, and Rosa in our house every week. The most important item for our family is trust. Blue team has built that trust with us. They are never late, the house always is beautiful when they are finished, but most importantly we trust them with our belongings in the home! Previous to Maid to Order we hired two different cleaning companies. One of them did a horrible job cleaning. The other stole clothes from my wife's closet. I was highly critical of hiring another company until I met with the owner of Maid to Order. Ten years ago she stated we would have the same people in our house every week, and nothing would ever go missing. She was correct! Terrible experience from start to finish. First, we hired this company to complete a few cleaning tasks for a property that was 75% ready to rent. We needed the master sheets cleaned, the garage sweep, and the fridge and kitchen cleaned. Everything else was done. Everything else was spotless because we had personally deep cleaned. When we arrive to the home, we found a bin of trash, an old sponge out for guests, and somehow the old sheets from the owners lockout, were put on the master bed, not the white sheets for guests. In addition, the blanket at the end of the bed was not washed and was really gross. To top things off, they took the good sheets from the Master bed and these have never been returned. Further, when we called about this, they didn't acknowledge the poor quality work nor returned the sheets. Outrageous performance and cannot be trusted.
