We have the Blush Team, and love them. They are so sweet and friendly and get right to work. They always do a great job of cleaning, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The office staff is also great. They really strive for customer satisfaction and have always accommodated us when we needed to change our scheduled cleaning. After three years, we can’t imagine any other company doing our housecleaning. Also, their window cleaner is exceptional!
We’ve used this cleaning service for 5 years. We never complained once about them being late or breaking things or going from 3 crew down to 2. Now they have stopped making the beds, no dusting, leaving beds unmade and 2 rooms not swept, vacuumed or mopped. They’re fired. This house doesn’t look like we just spent $225.00 to have it cleaned.
Terrible experience from start to finish. First, we hired this company to complete a few cleaning tasks for a property that was 75% ready to rent. We needed the master sheets cleaned, the garage sweep, and the fridge and kitchen cleaned. Everything else was done. Everything else was spotless because we had personally deep cleaned. When we arrive to the home, we found a bin of trash, an old sponge out for guests, and somehow the old sheets from the owners lockout, were put on the master bed, not the white sheets for guests. In addition, the blanket at the end of the bed was not washed and was really gross. To top things off, they took the good sheets from the Master bed and these have never been returned. Further, when we called about this, they didn't acknowledge the poor quality work nor returned the sheets. Outrageous performance and cannot be trusted.
