Just had this crew come through and replace our AC system on our rental that we’ve been fighting with the realtor about for the past 5 years here. New units and the house already feels way cooler than ever. These guys deserve a trophy because their timing was perfect and the install process was top notch. I called on a Saturday, and left a voice message as no one is in the office over the weekend. Less than five minutes later, I received a call back from Ty. I was so relieved. I'm not going to explain the entire issue we dealt with regarding our AC unit-- only give props to Ty. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
