Just had this crew come through and replace our AC system on our rental that we’ve been fighting with the realtor about for the past 5 years here. I called on a Saturday, and left a voice message as no one is in the office over the weekend. Less than five minutes later, I received a call back from Ty. I was so relieved. I'm not going to explain the entire issue we dealt with regarding our AC unit-- only give props to Ty. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue and went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Prime Air. They are the only company I would call in the future with any air conditioning or heating issue.
