I called on a Saturday, and left a voice message as no one is in the office over the weekend. Less than five minutes later, I received a call back from Ty. I was so relieved. I'm not going to explain the entire issue we dealt with regarding our AC unit-- only give props to Ty. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
