PRIMEX VIP TRAVEL (ChauffeurService)PROVerified business?

We booked Prestige Chauffeurs for our wedding in May and would thoroughly recommend. The communication beforehand to help us decide which/how many cars we needed was fantastic, including when we wanted to make changes nearer the time to finesse the timings of the day. The cars themselves were spotlessly clean and decorated with beautiful ribbon. The drivers were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make the day go as smoothly as possible.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the exceptional service we received from your chauffeur on Saturday night after the Pitbull concert in Cardiff. What should have been a straightforward collection turned into a very difficult situation. My daughter experienced a medical emergency after the concert, causing her to collapse several times as we were making our way out. Throughout the entire ordeal, your driver was nothing short of amazing. Despite the circumstances beyond his control, he did everything he possibly could to reach us and even offered to park up and walk to us to help. Thankfully, with the assistance of the police, security staff and a buggy, we were eventually able to reach the car. At no point did your driver make us feel like we were a burden or an inconvenience. Instead, he was kind, patient, compassionate and incredibly reassuring at a time when we needed those qualities more than ever. Please pass on our sincere thanks to him. His professionalism, empathy and genuine care made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to cope with, and we will never forget the kindness he showed our family. Exceptional customer service is often measured by how people respond when things don't go to plan, and your chauffeur truly went above and beyond. He is a real credit to your company, and we hope he receives the recognition he so thoroughly deserves. Thank you once again. We are so grateful for everything he did for us. We wouldn't hesitate to use your company again and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a professional, caring and reliable chauffeur service.

Mo, our driver, was absolutely perfect for us, he helped us with everything and even walked me with an umbrella into the venue. I booked the Mercedes V class 7 seater to take me and my bridesmaids to my wedding, and the attention to detail with the green ribbon and matching green twinkly ceiling lights was impeccable. Communication throughout and helping me choose which vehicle was best for me was friendly and super-efficient. Such a brilliant start to my wedding day!
