Used their online service. Doctor I spoke to was fine. However after driving round 5 different pharmacy companies - including boots. They’ve all said they can’t use this service (signature RX). Their customer service when you call then - utterly shocking and don’t listen to what you are saying. So I’m now £65 down with no prescription and no one able to resolve the issue. The pharmacist at boots suggested this could be a scam - wonderful.
I had a phone consultation, The doctor on the phone from this clinic mentioned that for what I had there was no medication to prescribe. The very next day I went to the NHS GP and they prescribed 2 medications for my case and in less than 12 hours I was ok. Feel sorry that I paid 49 pounds for someone just listen at my symptoms, Feel good that when they told me to go for a face to face consultation and pay extra visit I just said that I ll go to the GP. Also when I initially asked how much for a sick note, they replied to me 100 pounds extra? Again GP gave it to me for free ...
Great experience at this private clinic. I went in for a hayfever injection and everything was quick, smooth, and professional. The staff were friendly, and the private GP was very helpful and reassuring. They took their time to make sure my concerns were addressed thoroughly. Highly recommend!
