I thoroughly enjoyed working with the Pro Window team. Lailah, Roman, Doyle and Andrei were all amazing in their own way. Roman - warm and informative. Doyle - excellent communication. Andrei - dedicated, very hard working. Lailah - so, so kind, excellent communication. Pro Window was my 3rd estimate. I chose them not only for the cost, but because they made me feel comfortable with a project of this caliber. This is my 1st home purchase, single income household, I started with the 1st floor 40 yr old windows. I will absolutely ask Pro Windows to complete my 2nd floor next year. Very respectful of my time and my property, as well as my HOA guidelines. I didn't get a before pic of the big Window from outside, so check out my 2nd floor as example. The new windows look and feel great. My house looks 10 years younger on the 1st floor! Thank you Pro Windows - job well done - see you next year!!

Roman and his son did a great job replacing the glass on an older awning window. It’s a family run business that takes great pride in their work. Roman worked through some questions I had - it was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this business for any window repairs.

Pro Window Repair was outstanding to work with. They were responsive, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to review photos of several window issues, explained the differences between repairs and replacements, provided approximate pricing, and even suggested less expensive options, such as sanding and refinishing, when full replacement wasn't necessary. They were also upfront about services they don't provide and referred me to other resources instead of trying to sell me work I didn't need. I truly appreciated their integrity, transparency, and willingness to answer my questions. It's refreshing to work with a company that puts helping the customer first.
