We were wanting to do a slideshow for my Dad's 90th birthday and we had a combination of slides and photos. From making our initial enquiry, Andy and Paul were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Andy even hand delivered our documents to and from Crawley to our relief as we didn't want to risk losing such sentimental and irreplaceable items. We are delighted with the finished product and it will be a lovely keepsake for my Dad.
I have used ProScan's services more than once now, to scan 100s of old family photos. Not a single mistake, no scan is askew, colours are never off, no glare. If you opt for digital upload they will even create separate folders for each packet you send, unasked. Great attention to detail. Excellent communication as well, as I was kept appraised at each stage of the process. Highly recommended.
We sent Pro-scan, approx 2,000 photos and discs to be digitised. They were always proactive and kept us fully informed every step of the way. They even managed the collection and delivery of the finished work. At all times they were very helpful in fulfilling what we wanted for the photos. Andy Richards was a breath of fresh air to deal with as he communicated with us all the way. (So many other companies these days just do not communicate.) The resulting images from decades of work have been arranged in the files we wanted and all the images are excellent. We have no problem recommending Pro-scan, they are very professional, quick and trustworthy.
On the van, cards and invoices. One scan opens everything above.
