Pruitt’s Roofing exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly, did high-quality work, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Mr. Pruitt even adjusted his schedule multiple times to meet with my insurance adjuster after the appointment was changed twice. That level of professionalism and commitment to the customer is hard to find. I highly recommend Pruitt’s Roofing to anyone needing honest, dependable roofing services.
VERY responsive. Insurance co required inspection of an area or loss of coverage tried 2 local companies never heard back from one and the other took 3 weeks fir a hand scribbled quote no Inspection. A friend told me about Pruitt's roofing do I called, Anthony was here the next day I had pictures a report and quote before he pulled out of driveway. Insurance co liked thoroughness so I accepted. They were here 7 days later to put a TPO flat roof on and were finished in 5 hours and It looks great. Even insurance co approved.
Pruitt's Roofing has a wonderful group of guy's. After a massive oak tree fell into the roof. I called Pruitt's and they came out the next day to give us an estimate as well as tarp the roof until the work could get done. They did a great job framing the new roof. And fixing all of the damage that came from the tree. They did an amazing job considering the pitch of the roof and how steep it was. We will be using them again when it's time to get a new roof. Thank you Anthony and his team for everything and making fixing our roof a smooth and easy process.
