Not only did Pure Tek show up within an hour, they were knowledgeable, kind, competitive in pricing and were able to return within 24 hours to replace both our inside and outside systems with UV light protection and a surge protector. The owner; Alex checked in throughout the entire process and came through with a nice cold house at the end of the day! So thankful to Alex, James and their install team!
IThe company is very reliable and does great work. The guy had my AC working better than it has in a long time. However not sure the maintenance plans saves you that much in my opinion. I still had to pay over $330 for the visit. This is after paying $25 a month to be on the program.
