We had purchased semi automatic strapping machine for 41000incd gst. After 2 days of receipt of machine, it was found faulty, strap is not sticking, service engineer said to change temp. But no issue. After that he said to change the top pannel which will be charged extra 18000rs .Visiting charges said 800 by service engineer and owner says 1500 rs charge. Also they are not getting the issue. They didn't understand the customer requirements and sale the available machines by promising it will works. Also strapp role was with 13 joints in 1 roll. So we shown to other person, he just made the some part alignment and machine runs smoothly. I will suggest not to buy machine from them as they only sell the machine and didn't know about its overall part alignment. Actually there was only part alignment issue and the company owner is selling top plate. They are only selling not giving proper machines and making money.
