Queen Elizabeth met me in-person in my home. The first words she asked was What had I done up to that point, what did I seek to achieve in my process, and how could she help. I told her I wanted to sell my home and travel abroad doing some missionary work. I thought I had to settle and rent the property because prospects were scant, and time was waning. She laughed and we hammered out a plan—and then said let's try it your way and my way, concurrently. I’m a numbers person and very competitive, so I thought, this should be, minimally, interesting. And, if I’m being honest, I wasn’t confident that she’d pull this off, especially since other relators had failed. Elizabeth challenged me; she said that based on my area and some other specifics, my home should sell in less than 45. I had two offers before 45 days (about 1 and a half months), and closing was swift. It’s safe to say, “She was right!”

Throughout the past several months, Elizabeth Richards has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help us to make the best decision for my family. I’ve highly recommend her❤️❤️

Elizabeth did an excellent job accommodating my schedule helping me find a property that I finally moved in. She was very honest, patient as we looked for a property for over a year until I found the one that I finally purchased and moved in. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. She did an excellent job.
