We've been with RMS for several years now. We've just renewed on a great deal and Faith from the loyalty team was amazing.

Drove to their office in Milton Keynes from Oxford (1hr 10mins both ways) to hand in my agreement cancellation since they were not answering calls /emails. No one there by looks of things. No mail box, no retail signage, no service desk. This ship has well and truly sunk by looks of it. AVOID!

Absolutely sham and scam. Switched to this company on the understanding they would cover the cost the getting me out of present contact. This never happened, sales person had left ( very common ) and so my word against there’s . Stayed with them for 3 years or so. But still had to pay my old supplier as well. After 3 years I closed the business and returned the machine. Notified by phone and also discussed the above. A year later I get a bill followed by debt chasing. Was informed I had not notified them and so contract was still in force. Paid ( under duress ) and notified by email of termination . Two years after I closed the business I get another invoice. Emailed them to tell them exactly what I thought of them and was informed that I had not cancelled my contract ! Which I had and still had a copy of the email. How can a company send invoices for work they have not done ? To add to the the scam,I can’t believe that people have taken the time to write so many good reviews about a card machine supplier.
