If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessional and a complete disregard for customer’s time. I was supposed to have an appointment at 11am (they open at 10.30am btw). I reached slightly earlier but realised that the store was not even open, completely dark with doors shut. I texted them, only to get a notification past my appointment time that the beautician was 10 mins late. I decided to wait around the area and headed back to the store at 11.15 only to realise that the store is still not open. I didn’t get any follow up from them after I texted them again that the store is not yet open (the second time). Disappointing, will not patronise and with their disrespect for customer’s appointment times, I urge you not to as well.

Booked eyebrow shaping appointment with becky on 23 May afternoon when I came for the appointment she wasnt around at all. This is very disappointing you should always ensure professionalism at all times and observe the appointment you had with your customer. It is my first visit and I won't return again. I am however glad that her other colleague who volunteered to do it did a good job. I wanted to give 1 or 0 star (if only we can rate service provider on zero star) but since her colleague did a good job I gave a 3.

Absolutely love my brows! The beautician is incredibly skilled and meticulous—Ning really knows how to shape them perfectly to suit the face. The whole experience was comfortable and professional, and the price is very reasonable for the quality of work. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for beautifully done eyebrows!
