RainSoft Water Treatment ofChicagoPROVerified business?

Unfortunately the lowest rating is one star I wish if there was less than that. I had Rainsoft system for the whole house installed on Dec. 2023. The water is just worst. Very disappointed with their support. I had issues with the system since day one and I called Steve ( the guy who sold me the system or in other words who scammed me) multiple times and he kept saying that he will send a tech to inspect. Never happened until I gave up and I said whatever. The charge was $8700 with Aqua finance ( another scam) very high interest 9.99% and I was told by Steve it is 6 years. Then I found out I was set for 9 years another scam. So the total charge will be $11800. Steve told me that after 9 to 10 months a tech will come to my house to inspect the system to make sure everything is working fine and he said the filters will be replaced at no cost. NEVER HAPPENED. When I called customer service they told me it is a $285 charge for someone to come out to inspect and perform filter replacement I said thank you scammers. Never called again for a service or anything else and will never do because I am tired of scamming. Not happy with the system at all nor the financing. By the way if you need a water filtration system for your house get one by your self it will not cost you more than $3000 you can find one at Lowes and if you are handy you can do it yourself or hire a plumper but never get scammed like me and others. Salesman and technician both gave amazing service, special thanks to the salesman Nathan Wilson, and to our technician who both came out with an amazing attitude and both were extremely helpful with the entire process! Having the system installed was a breeze. Currently we have had the system for a week and have been able to notice a great improvement in the quality of our water including a already noticable decrease in our hard water amount! Thank you again!

We've had a really good experience with RainSoft of Chicago. We were looking for a way to improve our water quality, and they took the time to explain our options without making us feel pressured. The installation went smoothly, and the technicians were friendly, on time, and respectful of our home. After using the system for a while, we've definitely noticed a difference. The water tastes better, our dishes have fewer spots, and our skin doesn't feel as dry after showering. It's one of those upgrades that you don't realize you'll appreciate until you have it. Overall, we're happy with our decision and would recommend RainSoft of Chicago to anyone looking for a water treatment system.
