Anna Vleugels Was very rude. She hung up on me because I asked why she was so impatient with questions. I tried to ask questions to understand why the submitted paystubs wouldn’t suffice, on top of huffing and puffing, she snapped on me. Will be reporting this agency. A person should not be treated poorly because they need a place to live.
