I'm not typically motivated to post reviews but in this instance; it's an absolute pleasure. The Red Rover experience has been incredible and exceeded my expectations. I evaluate a service provider based purely on my interactions with individuals within that company; their demeanor, dedication and enthusiasm toward service delivey obligations. In this regard, I feel privileged to have collaborated with Addison, my main p.o.c, Stephanie and Lori - all superb ambassadors of the Red Rover brand. Regarding, prices; I am completely satisfied. Addison went above and beyond the call of duty to listen to my various concerns, not limited to prices, and executed in a consummate professional and customer friendly manner. Ultimately, I would use Red Rover again and highly recommend their services to anyone who desires an unforgettable moving and storage experience.

They have the best prices and the customer service is top notch. I will definitely be calling them for moving and storage when we buy our house. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Red Rover. Lori did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process, keeping me informed about both the delivery and pickup of the container. Her responsiveness and professionalism made everything smooth and stress-free. Joe was also fantastic. He carefully placed the container in the ideal spot and took the time to make sure the area was safe, including checking for sprinklers and ensuring there would be no issues with the surrounding yard. He also communicated well to make sure everything was set up properly and that the neighboring property was ready to go. Both Lori and Joe provided outstanding customer service, and I highly recommend Red Rover.
