RV Park was always clean and quiet. Laundry mat was clean and the washers and dryers work great. Wifi was awesome and never lagged and my TV always connected without any problems. Paved drive way was a plus and street lighting. I would defiently recommend to anyone needing to stay in this area.
DO NOT HESITATE!!!! I am a full timer. I was in a serious bind after Hurricane Ida Struck, NOLA. I called at 6 am and spoke with Alicia (one of the owners)...... 1) take any open spot, well work it out! 2) 100% concrete Park (yes they have grass lol) 3) the Laundry room looks like a Resort 4) mail boxes for Full timers 5) Food, Gas, Walmart, etc..... Close and convenient Cut and dry, Par for te course pricing, 1st class accommodations, New, clean, heck, when they cut the Grass they Edge!!!
Loud train comes through every few hours. No owners on property. Extensive application process! Would not recommend.
