Really unprofessional agency. The sales process is insulting. They won’t have a second meeting with you without the business owner present. This wasn’t a problem for the 6 other agencies I talked to. The owner at my company is a busy guy, like most people who run home service companies. He put me in charge of our agency search for a reason. Relentless’ owner Josh Crouch posts inflammatory stuff on his Facebook page, including baseless attacks on competitors and offensive political garbage. You might wonder why it’s a problem what he posts on his personal page? Well, he sends spam friend requests to everyone he can find in the home service industry. There’s more stuff I can say, like things he’s openly lied about, services they promised but never delivered, but I won’t get into it. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I do think some of their work is impressive. Ultimately the home services industry is small and treating people this way will come back to bite them.
