Alex is a great talented man. He puts a lot of energy in every project. His communication is superb. He pays attention to every detail you tell him. His work is truly phenomenal!

Update: While we had an issue with a damaged island panel, Alex came back out, replaced it, and reimbursed the cost. He took care of this quickly once the replacement panel was available. We appreciate him making it right and are happy with the finished product. Alex did an excellent job installing our kitchen cabinets. The layout, fit, and overall finish turned out beautifully, and we’re very happy with how the cabinets look. If this review were based on the cabinet installation alone, it would be 5 stars. We also hired Alex to handle the stone countertops and backsplash through his fabricator. While the slab layout and seam placement were well planned, the installation process had some issues. There was drywall damage during the install that needed to be repaired, and we later noticed streaking on an island end panel after the stone installation that has affected the cabinet finish. Unfortunately, we were not able to remove the streaks, and our cabinet supplier has advised that this will require replacement of the panel and is expected to result in several hundred dollars in additional cost. This portion of the project is subcontracted, and we experienced some challenges with oversight and quality during that phase. Alex did address several items involving the stonework, and the finished kitchen looks good overall. I would recommend Alex for cabinet installation. If using him for stone work or other subcontracted work as well, I would suggest confirming who the fabricator/installer will be and making sure expectations around protection, communication, and cleanup are clear.

We had the pleasure of working with Rain City Kitchen and Bath Remodel and observed their work on a kitchen renovation in a historic home built in 1921, and the result was truly outstanding. What Alex and his team did with this space is simply incredible. They transformed an outdated kitchen into a clean, well-finished, and thoughtfully designed space, while carefully preserving the character of the home. The entire project was completed efficiently, on time, and with exceptional attention to detail. Every element was well considered and executed to a high standard. We are truly impressed with the quality of work and the level of professionalism at every stage. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.
