THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number or email😕 There is no direct contact with company. I was assigned a doctor who was not able to fulfill prescriptions. My pharmacy, CVS, my insurance, Aetna were unable requested to speak with Teledentist directly. I emailed them for help and only technical support was available and they did not have direct number for administration or billing. I even used the chat setting on the site and it was the same issue. Be warned if there is any issue with billing or you need help outside of technical support. Technical Support tried but didn't have a direct number NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND NO WAY TO DISPUTE ISSUES outside of technical difficulties

Wonderful experience using this service! I was very skeptical of using a virtual service for a dental infection - considering the severity of some infections and how they can spread. I have an abcessed tooth that is causing me some extreme pain and rapid swelling in my face that happened just over the course of a few hours. Unable to get to my dentist quickly, I came across the teledentists on google and decided the risk would be worth the reward if I could alleviate some of this pain and swelling as fast as possible. I decided to take the risk and schedule a call and I am so glad I did! I got to speak with a doctor within about 5 minutes, (she was lovely by the way), and within about 20 minutes of my video call ending, I was at the pharmacy and picking up my antibiotics. My local urgent care would have cost me well over $200 for the visit alone, (no insurance) plus the cost of my prescription, and at LEAST an hour or two of my time. This visit AND my prescription only cost me $70 total. I highly recommend this service to anyone in a pinch!

I did not know I had this service with my dental insurance but I'm so glad I found TeleDentist before deciding to go to the ER. I had a painful toothache and was in too much pain to go to the ER so I looked through my dental insurance to see what services they offered. I was not able to get a dentist appointment until later in the week, but I ended up finding this service. I connected with Dr. S within seconds of being in the virtual waiting room. Dr. S was able to tell me why I was in pain and prescribed me medication to help until my dentist appointment. Dr. S sent the prescription over to my pharmacy and I started feeling better immediately after taking the medication. I would not have found quick relief if it weren't for TeleDentist. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs quick virtual dental care.
